Pain & Letting Go

By Isolophilia

There are instances in our lives that we feel like not wanting to live any longer
because we thought life is getting tougher and tougher while we becoming weaker
and weaker. There is always this feeling that has always been there, wanting to stay
in the stillness of our broken hearts, it is something that wouldn’t go no matter how
try we’ve made to forget it. It is that four letter word P-A-I-N where you’re hurt so
much inside that you can’t breathe, you can’t sleep and no matter how hard you try,
you can’t just stop the tears from falling. Unfair as it may seem but that’s the reality.
We are bound to get hurt, we are bound to shed tears and be broken and these are
all part of our existence. We can be who we are because of our experiences and
exposures and those experiences deals with failures and success, accomplishments,
horrible mistakes that made us who we are at present.
So whatever that bothers you now whether a past failure or a present, realize
mistake, learn to accept, acknowledges and deal with it, then let go of it. Letting go is
indeed so hard to do, yet it’s possible, if you’ll believe in its life changing power.
Letting go opens new door for new things, new discoveries and new people to go
along with. Moreover, we can never stop summer from turning into fall because life
has its own season that has something to tell us – something that makes up who we
are, lessons we need to learn to serve as our strength in facing tougher challenges
in the upcoming years and to teach us become perfect fighters. Remember that
those painful things that had happened in our past can no longer hurt us if we had no
longer hold back the anger and pain.
