Action against fraud transaction from my account

Sir
I am a account holder of your bank from 5 years. Account no 5786XXXXXXX .
this is to bring to your notice that I have observe some fraud transaction in my
account from yesterday.
someone else have debited 5,000 Rs transaction no 23XXXXX around 1 pm and
10,000 transaction no 24XXXX around 3 pm . I recive the transaction message
on my register mobile number . I have no idea about these transactions and
have never share my account information with any one .
I except quick and strict actions fro your side I request you to block my debit
card so no transaction can take place. Pls look into the matter so that I can
quickly recive the money I have losed and I hope the person behind this be
caught so that he/she not able to fraud some one else . this is a very big
problem we facing in a digital world I hope you will improve on your firewall so
that this kind of problems mot happen in future.
