Directors and Advisors, of which includes Andrew Reid who has a track record of building high
performance culture, as well as strategic planning, team building, and impactful management
skills. Our Board of Directors and advisors bring a combined over 83 years of expertise in
building, running and managing a vast array of businesses. Our members have been carefully
selected with possessing knowledge and practical experience in rapid growth and high-level
company management and transactions. ENG2’s management strategy and influx of capital are
paired to leverage optimal value to owners and principals of each unique acquisition.

1) An Established Company that has level or rising profits.

2) A minimum of $250,000 in revenue, within a Fragmented Industry, capable of

consolidation and expansion.

3) We look for growing industries that are simple and resourceful.
