Dear mr Brown

I am writing about your hotel “Shangrila”. I am not satisfied for several reasons and I’d like to ask to get
my money back.

The first reason why I am not glad is that when I entered in my room, according to description, there
must be a breathtaking view and also, it is not loud outside. But, everything was way different. The room
was quite in a mess (they must not have cleaned this room for a long time).Also, the view is horrible.

Another reason why I want to get my money back that receptionist was impolite to me. When I
explained the condition of my ordered room and when i asked for another room, he started arguing
with me and he wasn’t controlling himself. Because of this, he started swearing.

I hope that I will get my money back as soon as possible.
