Asking for Help Reflection

1) Are there certain situations that you find that you need help the most? List a few below.

2) Once you think about the situations you need help in, think about the people you can ask to
help you. Why would they be the best option? What would you like the outcome to be?

3) If the previous person cannot help, what other options do you think you have?

4) Has there ever been a time you asked for help and it turned out differently than you
expected? What happened and how do you think that could be changed?

5) How can you prepare next time you have to ask someone for help? Think about some ways
you might approach asking them and write them below.
