Recycled Magazine Craft

Things need to prepare:

1. Colourful old magazine


2. Cutter/scissors
3. Glue stick
4. Black construction paper
5. Brown construction paper (the thick
ones)
Step by step to make recycled magazine craft:

1. Cut the brown construction paper as same as


A4 paper size.

2. Cut strips of colourful magazine pages


about 2cm. Fold them lengthwise and glue
down with your glue stick as shown above.
3. Glue them down with the folded edges to the
brown construction paper. Use the bright colour
pages for the best contrast with the brown
construction paper.
4. Use the cutter or scissors to trim the edges
of the pictures.
5. Draw the pattern onto the black construction
paper and then use a cutter to cut out the
picture.

You can use the pattern below.


(butterflies or potted plant)

n.b.: Choose and print the pattern. Tracing the


pattern onto the black construction paper.
6. Place the construction paper cut out over top
of the colourful magazine strips and glue down.

7. Finish.
