 Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is the R&D wing of Ministry of Defence. DRDO
is responsible organisation for the military's research and development.
 Integrated Guided Missile Development Programme (IGMDP) was started in 1983 and completed in March
2012. IGMDP was sanctioned to develop Prithvi, Trishul, Akash, Nag and Agni Missiles.
