I, JASON BYFIELD, being duly sworn MAKE OATH AND SAY as follows:

1. I am a Legal Clerk employed to Newman, James and Associates, Attorneys-at-Law

located at 18 Batman Drive, Kingston 3 in the parish of St. Andrew, and for the
purpose of this affidavit my address is that of the said Newman, James and
Associates.

2. I certify that the matters deponed to herein, in so far as they are within my
knowledge are true, and in so far as they are not within my knowledge are true to
the best of my information and belief.

3. On November, 2, 2020 at 1:30pm I attended the Batman Town Post Office located at
12 Robin Close, Kingston 3 in the parish of St. Andrew and there did serve the Claim
Form with Prescribed Notes to the Defendant, Acknowledgment of Service Form and
the Defence Form along with the Particulars of Claim filed on September 30, 2020
by posting them by Registered Mail addressed to Gordon Marketing Limited, 13
Wonder Woman Boulevard, Kingston 5 in the parish of St. Andrew.

4. Exhibited hereto and marked “JB-1” and “JB-2” respectively for identification are:
a. A Copy of the Claim Form with Prescribed Notes to the Defendant,
Acknowledgment of Service Form and the Defence Form along
with the Particulars of Claim filed on September 30, 2020 sent via
Registered mail to Gordon Marketing Limited, 13 Wonder Woman
Boulevard, Kingston 5 in the parish of St. Andrew; and
 b. Certificate of Posting of a registered Article with Registration
Number 56788766.

5. That in the circumstances I humbly pray that this Honourable Court accepts this
Affidavit as true and correct and deem the posting of documents by Registered Mail
addressed to the Defendant Gordon Marketing Limited at 13 Wonder Woman
Boulevard, Kingston 5 in the parish of St. Andrew as good service.
