Introduction

Work and education takes people all over the globe. Amidst the hustle and bustle of life, they

need a medium to stay connected with their friends and family. This is where ChatChat

comes into picture-a simple messaging app compatible with any operating platform and

devoid of the usual distractions caused by the advertisements, pop-ups etc.

Background/Problem Analysis

The competitive advantage of our product would be the compatibility with all operating

platforms, no additional logins required and hence the user can log in by the mobile number,

only one time token amount required. Also, we will have the first mover advantage, easy

usage, international communication with one upfront cost against ongoing charges. It has the

potential to attract customers away from the traditional texting mediums provided by the

phone service providers.

The competitors of the product are Blackberry's BBM, Google's GTalk, Skype's messaging

features, texting features of phone service providers are the identified competitors.

Every person who is a smartphone user will be a target because communicating with our

loved ones will never stop.

Scope/Opportunity

The application will be free of advertisements and will have a user-friendly interface. The

app will also work on all the devices and will be compatible across all the platforms.
Moreover, no additional logins will be required, and hence the user can log in by the mobile

number.

Description of plan/Activity/Solution

We plan to develop a private beta version within the next three to four months so that

potential users can start using it and give us valuable feedback for improvements in the

application.

The Beta Version of ChatChat will go live two to three months post development of the Beta

version.

We plan to go aggressive on promotions through social media platforms and You-Tube video

advertisements once we have our app in place.
