SOLUTION:

 Adopt anti-bullying and anti-discrimination policies that are inclusive of

sexual orientation and gender identity, inform students how they should
report incidents of bullying, and specify consequences for bullying.
 Enact an anti-discrimination bill that prohibits discrimination on the basis of
sexual orientation and gender identity, including in education, employment,
health care, and public accommodations.
 Respect each and everyone of the people surround you.
