I have many dreams that I want to achieve in life, one of which is to help others or do
good things. I think that I can get this if I become a nurse, so I choose to become a student
majoring in Nursing because nurses have a commendable character. have a good social
mentality by caring for others. Not only caring for sick people, the knowledge I gained while
in college could be a capital to care for my own parents, family and my father said that a man
was easily accepted to work as a nurse.

After I graduate I will look for a job. Even though there are new graduates every year,
the job opportunities are still wide. Because currently the community's need for health
services is also increasing. Apart from hospitals, graduate nurses can practice at Puskesmas,
Health Clinics, Nursing Homes and become private nurses in a family.

As a nurse, of course I want to always add to my knowledge if given the opportunity. I want
to continue with specialist courses. In my opinion, the Mental Nursing Specialist I want to
take, because in mental nursing practice uses human behavior science as a basis and uses
oneself therapeutically in improving, maintaining, restoring the mental health of the client
and the mental health of the community.

I want to be a useful human being and I think nursing is a noble profession. A nurse
devotes herself to look after and care for clients without differentiating them in any way.
Every appropriate action and intervention performed by a nurse, will be of great value to the
lives of others.

But I think I have weaknesses that can bother me to become a nurse because I am
lazy and lack confidence to do new things but I always have a positive attitude so that it can
provide motivation. In this way, whenever a feeling of insecurity arises I try to be positive. At
first, this may seem hard, but if I get used to it I will find it fun, and hopefully I can become a
competent nurse.
