Achievements Opportunities

 Able to receive and offload average of two  opportunities of receiving and offloading
(2) trucks per day keeping adequate average of three (3) trucks per day keeping
inventory of all items and monitoring inventory
(receiving/issuing) level

Action Plan

 Decongest the store of aged inventory

 Provision of sufficient pallets for offloading
 sensitize store staff on basic HSE procedures/proper identification
 issuing point should be formally defined using a baricade and a well defined signpost
