BIRTH CERTIFICATE ATTESTATION REQUIRMENTS

FROM SAUDI EMBASSY

 Copy of Valid Iqama of Father/Mother (whoever works in Saudi Arabia).

 CNIC copies of Father and Mother.
 Passport copies of Father, Mother and Child.
 Original Marriage Registration Certificate duly attested by Saudi Embassy.
 Printout personal details from Absher or Muqeem website.
 Original B.Form / Birth Certificate (attested by MOFA).
 Copy of first entry visa full page to Saudi Arabia.
 One Photo copy set of all documents

NOTE : The Marriage Certificate of Father & Mother of the child should be attested first in order to attest the
B.Form / Birth Certificate of child.

Time Required: Between 4-6 Working Days.
