available sum insured slab at the me of renewal, subject to no claim in the
previous policy and Good Health Declaraon.

27. Extension
The Company may in its sole and absolute discreon extend the Policy once
during the Risk Period, provided that:

1) We receive the request for extension of the Policy and the applicable
premium before the expiry date of the Policy Period.
2) We have received a good health and no claim declaraon during the Risk
Period.
3) The insured persons has not made a claim just before we receive the
request for extension of the policy

The Company is under no obligaon to extend the Policy or to extend the


Policy on the same terms and condions whether as to premium or otherwise.
