Subject: Application for Permission to Improve outdoor arrangement.

Dear Sir,

This is a humble request for permission to change outdoor arrangement to a modernized

café sitting of Carnival Area. Due to covid-19 customers are likely to sit at outdoor, we
want to improve service that will involve some decoration of the area.

The Istanbul Grill team has put all the arrangements in place and that includes the overall
expense by our own self, should you give us a go ahead about this change. It will not only
better the environment, but it will help us to generate more sales.

The team is looking forward for your permission on this, so that we can go ahead with the
rest of the plans. We will highly appreciate if you allow this to take place. Pictures are
attached for reference.
