Financial strength of Company A is very impressive then Company B because the Range of
Company A is close to +6 that's why company Strength is so much perfect then Company B.
Competitive advantage of Company A is not good as Compare to the Company B because
the Range of Company A is Worst then Company B and they don't have a complete
knowledge about their competitors and market trends that's why they are fall below in the
Range.
Industry strength of Company A is Stronger than Company B because the Stats show the
real advantage of a Company in the market and the Market share of Company A is greater
than Company B.
Environment stability of Company A is less than Company B because the statistics of A is
much closer than stability and the Market share of A is greater than B because company take a
advantage of environment and make decisions according to the market.
