In conclusion vegan diets are worse for you than balanced diets because they are more trouble

than they're worth and aren't as healthy. In my first paragraph I explained that Vegan Diets are a
lot more expensive than a regular balanced diet with less nutrients than said diet. In paragraph
2 I talked about the unforeseen consequences of a vegan diet that many people don't know
about or overlook. These health problems are often quite hard to treat and can have lasting
damage on your body. I know you're wondering why you should care about anything I have
written so far. Well you should because Dieting is important, It's a good way to lose weight and
can make you feel good. It also doesn't have to be so limiting or complicated. It's important to
know what you're getting into with each diet you choose and knowing that a Vegan diet is
expensive and comes with health risks is important and allows you to have all the information
needed to choose the right choice like a balanced diet. In Paragraph three I argue against the
idea that vegan Diet helps with things like back pain and migrans by comparing that to the large
risks from messing up or not properly doing a Vegan diet. At the end of the you know your body
better than me and maybe a Vegan diet is right for you. Just know the risks before you make
such a life changing choice such as that for your life.
