Who doesn't love some Mcdonalds once in a while? The salty fries compliment
the savory flavor of a burger or chicken sandwich. It's not something you should have
every day but everyone in a while doesn't hurt it allows you to maintain balance in your
life. The same goes for dieting, having a healthy balanced diet made up of all food
groups allows your body to have the proper amounts of nutrients in order to function
properly unfortunately all diets aren't created equal and often straying from the balanced
diet in order to follow the newest trend which often is costly and has holes in its
nutrition. Nowhere is this more clear than in Veganism: The lifestyle choice to not
consume any meat, or dairy products. This diet while in concept could be healthier than
a simple balanced diet in reality​ ​vegan diets are worse for you than balanced diets.
They aren't healthy and they cause more trouble than the benefits provided from them.
