Technology
Cell Phones OFF AND AWAY; students may charge their phone on the wall but may
not use their phones.

Students may use headphones with chromebooks ONLY.

Please have students put back ALL chromebooks and place them on a charger.

Students should remain in class unless they need to use the bathroom or if there is an
emergency and they need to see the nurse. They may not leave the class during the
first 15 or last 15 minutes of class.

Return any borrowed headphones.

Food and Beverages

No food or drink near the chromebooks

Must pick up any garbage.

Minor Misdemeanors
Back talk, refusing to do work, etc.

Please leave a detailed note on the class evaluation form located in the lesson plans
tab.
Moderate Misdemeanors
Verbal abuse of another student, swearing, disrespect of others or school property

tab.
Serious Misdemeanors
Violence, verbal abuse of staff, etc.

 Emergency Procedures
Fire / Fire Drill LOCKOUT!

Make sure classroom door is shut.

Exit using the door directly to the left.
Students must remain in the classroom.
Make sure all students are accounted for.
Instruction can continue as normal.
Notify administrator if any students are
missing. Do not release students until
announcement is made.

LOCK DOWN HOLD

Students must stay in the classroom.
Turn off all lights and close the shades.
No one is allowed in the hallway for any
reason.
Make sure door is shut and locked

Move students to an area in the room

away from doors and windows.

Code red is not over until an administrator

or police officer unlocks the door.

Do not respond to any announcements on

the PA or any fire alarms.

Thanks for substituting in my class today!

I am a Special Education Resource Teacher. I co-teach in 2 classrooms during 1st

block and 5th block and teach 2nd block, Advisory, and 4th Block in my classroom.
Students may need several re-directions in class and may require one on one
assistance to make sure that they are completing their work. This is a special
education class and all student accommodations can be found at the back of this
binder. Important classroom and school information can also be found in this binder.
Please see Ms. Laskowski (across the hall) or call any of the numbers on the contact
sheet if you have questions.

Please fill out the evaluation sheet at the end of the lesson plans with any issues you
had so that I can be sure to address them when I return.
