With reference to recruitment notice issued vide recruitment advertisement no.01/2019-FCI-

Category III dated 23.02.2019, it is to inform that the tentative schedule for Document Verification
for the post of JE(Civil Engineering), JE(Electrical Mechanical), AG-II(Hindi), AG III(General), AG
III(Technical), AG III(Depot), AG III (Accounts) shall be as follows:

The Call letter for the Document Verification indicating date, time and venue for each
candidate who has been selected in the Phase-II exam for these posts can be downloaded from FCI
website www.fci.gov.in. Selected candidates who are not able to generate their call letters for
Document Verification should register their grievance at http://cgrs.ibps.in atleast one week before
the date of Document Verification.

It may please be noted that the above date is only tentative and may change as per
administrative feasibility. The decision of the Corporation in this regard shall be final and binding.
