 Book club format provides structure with selected books functioning as a

means of learning and growth
 Attend to group process
 Rotating leadership allows for flexibility in preparation and participation while
maintaining a core group to build trust and momentum
 Value the tangents that come up beyond the immediate reading
 Use an asynchronous space (such as Slack) for sharing resources and
continuing the conversation
 Spend at least one meeting processing the experience, discussing goals, and
choosing next book together
