At Gems Expertise, we use the three most essential tools of appraising – our eyes, our knowledge, and
our combined experience of over 80 years in the diamond, gem and jewelry industry, We o er a fully
equipped gemological laboratory for the identi cation and analysis of gemstones. To ensure our
expertise, we monitor all relevant primary and secondary markets, keep current on the latest in
gemological research, regularly attend educational conferences and undergo special vision examinations.

LARGEST POLISHED DIAMOND IN THE WORLD
According to the Guinness Book of Records, the world’s largest cut diamond is an unnamed Fancy Black
containing small red diamond crystals. The diamond weighs 555.55 carats and was polished into 55 facets
over a period of several years. The process was completed in June 2004. The repetitive use of the number
ve is culturally signi cant to Muslims. The cut was inspired by Ran Gorenstein of Belgium, who also
commissioned the work. The DIAMOND have been evaluated by GEMSEXPERTISE.

RAINBOW COLLECTION
The Rainbow Collection, a unique collection of some 300 fancy colored diamonds owned by King of the
Coloured Diamonds Eddy Elzas. “The historical value of this collection cannot be estimated”.  Eddy Elzas
started the collection at a time when fancy colored diamonds were regarded as inferior diamonds. The
collection been evaluated by GEMSEXPERTISE.

From the diamond elds of the Congo, to a vault in Antwerpen, this beautiful gem represents the eternal
quest to overcome impossible odds. A single koi leaping an insurmountable waterfall is, in a very real
way, exactly how the Koi Diamond began its journey, a journey with so many parallels with the life of the
man, telling its story: diamond legend Eddy Elzas, the King of the Coloured Diamonds. The diamond been
