Process:
1. A person can choose from buying or ask for insulin plant.
2. To save money, buying insulin plant is optional.
3. When cutting a part of insulin plant, it should be12 inches long.
4. After planting it in a pot or any means, the duration may take 2 weeks until 4
weeks where the plant can have new stems.
5. If the pot is too small then it can be transferred to a larger pot.

Do’s

 The location for growing the plant should have a balance of sunlight and shade.
Check for an Ideal Location.
 The plant does not need deep planting. A 2-3 inch deep bed works can do.
 The plant should be watered daily and if possible, a fertilizer is highly
recommended for best results.
 The plant is prone to mites, caterpillars, etc. and therefore insecticidal soap or
any available should be applied.

Don’ts

1. The plant does not have salt tolerance and thus, when grown in a coastal
environment, it may not grow properly.
2. Don’t let it grow on a cold place.
3. Don’t water it every hour.
