2. Identify, plan and execute an onboarding strategy to achieve desired acquisition goals. 3. Work in tandem with category to understand business goals and formulate a strategy to achieve common goals. 4. Train and guide newly acquired merchants on shopclues ecosystem. 5. Work closely with category team to understand specific requirements for assortment and price. 6. Guide merchants for specific merchandise and pricing requirements. 7. Build long term relationship with the merchants to maximise engagement.
