• Be the first to know the latest news in your neighborhood
• See your community calendar
• Access the governing documents for your association
• Search frequently asked questions
• Read current and archived newsletters
• View account information, including address, phone number and email registered to your account

Once we receive your closing documents from the title company, you will be able to register your account by visiting
www.fsresidential.com. A registration code is required to complete your registration. Please contact Account Services at
877-378-2388 or accountservices.tx@fsresidential.com to receive your registration code. During registration, you will be
asked to enter your email address and choose a pin number. Once you have done that, you will be redirected to your
community's website.

Enclosed in this packet are a Committee Interest Form and an ACC Modification Request Form. The Committee Interest Form
details a list of committees that may be formed in Tranquility Farms. A completed ACC Modification Request Form is required
prior to making any exterior modifications to your home or lot. In addition, a copy of your Community's Articles of
Incorporation, Bylaws and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) will be included with your order. The
CCRs will give you a full description of the governing documents, rules and regulations of Tranquility Farms.

Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (a.k.a. CCRs or Deed Restrictions) and Design Guidelines. The Deed
Restrictions and Design Guidelines protect our property values by keeping Tranquility Farms a highly desirable place
to live. ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval must be obtained prior to the start of your project. To avoid
