There was a jump of 100 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in Ontario over the past day, with
numbers growing to 688.
That's according to updated numbers provided by the province late Wednesday morning.
Eight cases are classified as “resolved” — meaning the patient is no longer infectious. There
are 10,489 cases under investigation, and 24,458 are negative.
Here in the Sudbury area, there have been four positive COVID-19 cases. There have been
428 COVID-19 tests submitted locally so far, according to updated information as of 10 a.m.
March 25.
In Northern Ontario, another confirmed positive COVID-19 case was reported yesterday — a
man in his 30s in the district of Timiskaming — bringing the total confirmed cases in the north to
10. That's the first positive case in the Timiskaming area.
In Canada as a whole, as of 6 p.m. March 24, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases sat at
1,959, the number of probable cases 833 and deaths at 27.

good point victor, the testing process is actual cancer, if you feel like
you may have symptoms or have been in contact with someone
returning from a trip and want to get tested, they simply send you
home for quarantine and tell you to come back if you feel worse, its
understandable because of how scarce the testing kits are but still
