Critical Reflection on Signature Strengths

Address each of the following in your critical reflection:

1. The Loras Invitation lists several questions to “Ask yourself” with regard to vocation.
Choose one of the “Ask yourself” questions and respond to it.
2. Relate this response to 2 of your talents from the Strengths Finder. In other words,
critically reflect on and describe how these 2 potential strengths might relate to your past
experiences or self-understanding.
3. How might these 2 potential strengths work together? Are there “shadow sides”—
challenges or difficulties—that come with these strengths? What skills or knowledge do
you think will be necessary to develop these 2 talents into strengths? What resources or
experiences might help you with developing skills and forms of knowledge in relation to
these 2 potential strengths?
