In order to update or change your debit card, credit card or banking information, you will first need to
unenroll from AutoPay and then re-enroll with your revised or new payment information.

Step 1
Unenroll from AutoPay
Click “My Programs” under My Profile
Step 2
Delete your payment information
On the unenroll confirmation page, click the “Manage Payment Methods” button.
On the Manage Payment Methods page, click the "Delete" button to remove the expired debit card
or credit card.
Next, click the “Add Payment Method” button to add new payment information.
Enter payment method information and then click the “Add Payment Method” button.

Enroll in AutoPay
On the Manage Payment Methods page, click “My Programs”

Click “My Programs” under My Profile

Enroll in AutoPay
On the AutoPay Enroll page, click the “Add Payment Method” button to add new payment
information.
Enter payment method information and then click the “Add Payment Method” button.
On the AutoPay Enroll page, select the payment method you added from the dropdown (if you
have more than one payment methods), and then click the “Enroll” button.
A confirmation email will be sent to you and you are done.
