Project description:
Database for various items with 3 types of users with the ability to produce various
formatted documents and reports. There will be the need to import data from external
databases, integration with digital signature and GDPR rules.

Deliverables:

- Admin interface
- Front-end

Structure:
Admin interface:
Admin account
Editor user
Reporting and visualisation user
User accounts will have limited access set from the admin account
Admin will contain a set of predefined templates that can be filled with data from the
database and the admin account will have the option to add edit or remove templates.
Admin account will have the option to import data from external database (only from
known databases and each database will need an adapter)
The system must be able to hold and verify digital signature.

SQL Database
VUE or Angular Admin interface
VUE or Angular front end.
