Teaching strategies refer to methods used to help students learn the desired course contents and

be able to develop achievable goals in the future. We know that some of the students get bored

while their teachers are discussing. That’s why on having a strategies or techniques, it can help

those students to get more interesting to listen and to cooperate to their teachers.This study

focuses on The Level Of Effectivity Of Different Teaching Strategies In English Subject And It’s

Effects To Grade 10 Students Of Jesus Is Lord Christian School For Sy. 2017-2018. It seeks to

determine the level of teaching strategies to the 63 respondents from grdae 10. The researchers

used the sequential exploratory. This method is also a two phase design. The qualitative data is

collected first, followed by collection and analysis of quantitative data. The roleplay is the more

effective teaching strategy of their English teacher to the grade 10 students. Based on the

outcome of the study, the following conclusion are presented and illustrated. Based on the table

2, creates opportunities so that students can mix and get to know each other is the effective

teaching approaches of the English teacher. The advantage effect of teaching strategies to the

students is I’m enjoying when my teacher uses the teaching strategy. Researchers have suggested

activities based on the outcome of the study, the first one is having a seminar for the teacher ,

then the second one is having a program for the students and last is having enough teaching

equipment to the teachers.
