STUDENT’S COMMITMENT FOR FLEXIBLE LEARNING

As a student of Central Mindanao University, College of Nursing adopting the Flexible

Learning method of instruction, hereby solemnly swear to submit to the following rules
and regulations so that the Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives of the program will be
met:

1. That I will adopt to the Flexible Learning method set by the University.
2. That I will diligently find ways to meet the desired requirements of the course/s I
am enrolled based on my category as a learner.
3. That I will follow whatever online platform my Instructor/s are recommending for
as long as it was properly oriented.
4. That I will diligently follow whatever instructions posted by my instructor/s in the
online platform.
5. That I will not submit myself into any forms of cheating such as plagiarism or
copying and/or sharing my works to others to comply with my requirements.
6. That I will have a constant communication with my instructor/s during class
schedule to meet the desired objectives of the day.
7. That I will follow the modified RLE policies and guidelines set by the College
exclusive for the Flexible Learning Method of instruction.
8. That I will not publicly post any of the materials, recorded video of classes of my
subjects to social media other than the ones created by my instructor/s.
9. That I will abide with the online etiquette during synchronous and asynchronous
classes.

That the above provisions are well-understood and consented by me as a learner, of

which if violated, equivalent sanction will be applied after due process. With this, I affix
my name and signature conformed by my parent/guardian for the veracity of this
statement.
