1 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

½ full cream milk

¼ cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp vanilla extract

½ tsp coffee and ½ cup boiling water

Mix

1 tbsp vinegar

FROSTING:

250 ml evap

½ sugar

¼ cocoq powder

2 tbsp flour

40g unsalted butter
