Note : Checks will be carried out before each cargo, tank washing and gasfree operation in line with the manifacturers maintenance and
inspection instructions and results of condition will be recorded to this form by relevant Officer. Also each equipment’s pipes/
corrosion/fitting will be checked. PV Breaker antifreeze condition will be tested unnualy for proper solution as per maker instructions by
densitymeter. If test result found off spec, the solution should be changed. The solution will be tested and filled if the level of solution
changed at any time.
Not : Kontrollar her yük, tank yıkama ve gasfree operasyonundan önce yapımcının bakım ve kontroller talimatına uygun olarak yapılacak ve kontrol
sonuçları, ilgili Zabit tarafından bu forma kaydedilecektir. Ekipmanların devre/paslanması/bağlantıları kontrol edilecektir. PV Breaker antifrizi
uygun karışım için yapımcı firma talimatlarına uygun senelik periyotlarda density ölçer ile test edilecektir. Şayet test sonucu spec dışı
bulunursa karışım değiştirilecektir. Şayet solusyon seviyesinde her hangi bir zamanda değişiklik olursa karışım test edilecek ve tamamlanacaktır.
