1. Is the legal definition of a contract of Partnership as set forth under Article 1767
of the Civil Code of the Philippines complete? If you had the power to amend
Article 1767 how would you frame it. Explain both answers.

2. A partner can be a limited partner and a general partner at the same time.
Explain the parameters of the liability of a partner who is a limited partner and a
general partner at the same time. Give a concrete example with figures with
respect to his liability.

3. Can two corporations organize a general partnership under the Civil Code of the
Philippines? Explain.

4. Between Articles 1767 to 1810 of the Civil Code of the Philippines choose 10
Articles that you think are the most important and rank them from 1 to 10. Explain
why for you they are the most important Articles. Provide a relevant
Jurisprudence for each of the 10 Articles you have chosen. Cite the G.R. No. and
date of the said jurisprudence and briefly explain why it is relevant to that Article
you have chosen.
