Nanotechnology Exam

Write a short paper about the topic outlined below. Consider the general formalities and take into
account the guidelines/guiding questions with respect to your topic. However, do not structure your
paper according to the topic guidelines. You must develop/find your own structure.

General Formalities

 The length of your paper must not exceed 6 A4 pages in total, i.e. including everything.
 Whether you use a full page as title page is up to you, however a title is encouraged.
 A table of contents is discouraged.
 Use a standard font type (such as Arial, Times New Roman or Calibri) with 11 pt and single
line spacing.
 Margins should be similar to standard word processing settings, i.e. between 2 and 3 cm.
 Only use figures which are necessary and which transport meaningful information besides
e.g. only showing the housing of some device.
 Only submissions in pdf format are accepted.
 Only submissions via the submission tool in the ELLI classroom are accepted. Familiarize
yourself with this tool well before due date.
 Do not forget to also submit a pdf version of a SIGNED declaration of authorship.
 Plagiarism results in a grade of 5.0, i.e. fail. There will be no exceptions.
