PROCESS NOTES
1) Design duty based on process duty. Vendor to consider 10% design margin in flow / duty in equipment.
2) Design pressure and temperature of water bath system shall be atmospheric at 200 °F respectively.
3) The vendor shall do the detailed design, prepare detailed drawings including P&ID’s, General Arrangement etc. and get the same approved from company. P&ID shall indicate all instrumentation , s

4) Air Blower (if required) should be supplied along with package.

5) Vendor to advise to design burner on conditions given below, Fuel Gas will be supplied at skid edge at the following conditions:
Pressure 80 -150 psig
Temperature 90- 130 0F
Viscosity 0.011 - 0.012 cP
Density 0.25 - 0.27 lb/ft3
6) Water Bath Heater is to be provided with suitable Fuel Gas pressure let-down to the required burner pressure, and with suitable combustion air intake, filtration and blower system (if required) for
efficient operation.
7) Vendor shall provide proper insulation material to minimize heat loss considering the entire design life of heater.
8) The design life of Water Bath Heater package and all components shall be 20 years.
9) Vendor shall be responsible for shop floor design of the Heater. The Vendor shall submit all dimensions and calculations for approval.

10) The inlet stream composition is attached for both summer and winter cases. Refers to attachment-1 of the document.
11) The inlet stream (for heating) as well as Fuel Gas for burner will consist of 100 ppmv H2S hence burner along with whole mechanical design must
consider the same. The equipment shall be NACE Compliant.
12) Vendor to providededicated fuel Gas Knock out pot along with skid to avoid liquid carry-over into burner. Fuel gas should heat via water bath f
fluid before entering into Fuel Gas Knock-out Po s.
13) Equipment must be complied in accordance with the attached in the Annexure-1 as minimum and mandatory requirement.
