Before Completion of the Apartments

1) Take bids from building-architectural offices


2) Due diligence of all offices for co-operation
3) Day-to-day track of the progress for all properties under development
4) Custom project management for each property
5) Daily site supervision during construction and upon final delivery
6) A team of X people will be needed to run the daily operations with a budget of X
7) The equipment (furniture/appliances) will be selected via the team (thus we will achieve
reduced cost) and the whole interior decoration when the flat it is to be rented (we will avoid
decorators/designers/offices).
8) The decoration/interior design process will be the most time consuming and will start in parallel
with the architectural design and construction
9) Our plan is to create different 5-6 themes for the apartments (different to capture alternative
tastes)
10) We will align with Greg to have a direction for the taste of the clientele (i.e. simple but
expensive, heavy, coloured etc.)
