occasionally). If you want to train several times a week, you should keep a
distance of less than 15 cm. If you already have hip / joint problems, a

pedal spacing of less than 12 cm is recommended. " The pedal spacing on this model
is actually 23 cm and is therefore above the range that is acceptable for me. So if
you don't have an enormous step width (or X Legs), you should keep your fingers (or
legs) off this device.
