The Purpose of two First Baptism of repentance was only for Jews to know Second Baptism was given in name of God in trinity (in

* Baptismal references about Gentiles are written in book of Acts from Chapter 10 and onwards. Without any sort of baptismal pre-repentance, only Gentiles,
directly received the Baptism of holy spirit first and just thereafter, they were baptized in water (in Jesus’ Baptism) Acts 10: 44 to 48. This clearly indicates that,
John’s baptism of repentance was temporarily introduced only for the Jewish race lived, during John’s and Jesus’ times. For all future times and for all mankind
Jesus’ water baptism given in the names of Father (Jehovah, God the creator), Son (Jesus Christ) and Holy Spirit (Spirit of truth) to become applicable for all
future generations including Jews. Thus, law of circumcision in Old Covenant was fulfilled through Jesus’ own circumcision and his personal water Baptism from
John, for the implementation of New Covenant (Colo. 2: 11-12), first for Jews who believed and accepted Jesus as Messiah and thereafter for Gentiles those
believed and accepted Messiah. If adult Gentiles received baptism of Holy Spirit without any sort of repentance then why not child baptized by water (John 3:5)?

(1) Water Baptism for Dead Ones.
(Why Vicarious Baptism is written in the Bible?)
Nothing in vain is written in the Bible, without some
reason or purpose. In Paul’s time, some righteous or
chosen people died, without or before taking Jesus’
water baptism. Therefore, their beloved ones were
given water baptism on behalf of dead ones, vicariously
to fulfill dead person’s baptismal requirement as told by
Jesus in John 3: 5. And Paul mentioned it in 1 Corn. 15:
29. Paul under his own authority could have easily
condemned such (unnecessary?) baptismal practice
present in Paul’s time. But Paul didn’t do so, Paul knew
that, total authority of the rituals of water Baptism is
given alone to human Baptists (John 4:2). Please also
note that, John the Baptist and 12 disciples of Jesus
were humans, whom God and Jesus taught how to
baptize people. But how quickly, we protestants react,
to support or even to oppose, Baptism practices in other
churches, we interpret and think are wrong!
(2) Jesus’ Personal Water Baptism.
(Why Jesus took water Baptism from John?)
*Being son of God, Jesus was not expected to take John’s
water baptism of repentance at all. But it was like a sign of
Messiah for John the Baptist and following heavenly voice
was witness of Messiah for the Jews who were present
there, when Jesus was baptized in water.
*In the end, sinless Jesus was to become sin, to die on the
cross, for all the sins of the world. Jesus respected, kept up
and fulfilled the heavenly plans of water Baptism, Jesus
also declared it, in John 3:5. Hence Jesus took John’s water
baptism well in advance, even before his own resurrection
and ascension, for his personal re-entry back into heaven.
*As son of David and son of man. Jesus had to set example
before Jews and before Gentiles for taking water baptism.
*But many chosen people didn’t get chance to take water
baptism when they were alive. Example – Repentant thief
on the cross. Hence, Jesus must have taken water Baptism
from John, vicariously on behalf of such exceptional cases.

Water Baptism Pairs Why in Both Covenants (Continued)

God himself had divided mankind, in two spiritual classes (1) Jews and (2) Gentiles. God made Old Covenant, only with Jews. But not forever, only till Messiah
(Christ) named Jesus of Nazareth, arrived and fulfilled his mission on earth. Christ was to remove the heavy yolk of Old Covenant, through his personal sacrifice
in earthly body, on behalf of people on earth then through his victorious resurrection, to apply the light yolk of New Covenant. First for Jews and thereafter, to
share the same light yolk with Gentiles as well. It seems, God the father developed ritual of water Baptism right from Old Testament times secretly, in pairs, for
the sake of both, for Jews and for Gentiles as well.
In the Bible, every Baptism of water is different than other with respect to time and its purpose. Even baptism of water and Baptism of Holy Spirit are in pair
(John 3:5). Yet there is vast difference in both Baptisms, as per their times and purpose in every individual’s life. Therefore, saying water baptism must be given
once in the life time is wrong, not a sensible interpretation of verse (Eph. 4:5). Instead, saying Jesus Baptizes in Holy Spirit, once in the life time could be proper
or sensible interpretation.

Authority of water Baptism: God gave us water baptismal authority only to unite Jews and Gentiles to form one united church. We Christians
used it to form entrance of each and every church and to form entrance of every Christian denomination & let Jesus go away (John 4: 1 to3).

Divisions in Christian denominations due to wrong analysis and interpretations of water Baptism.

(1) Once V/s Oneness: As per (Eph. 4:5) Baptism is “one”. It tells about Oneness of Baptism. Our interpretation is, “water baptism must
be given only Once in the life time”. Almost all denomination agree in faith on word “Once”. That is why without attacking and
condemning each other’s water baptismal views, we will never stop. That resulted in divisions and subdivisions of churches
throughout the centuries by the controversial debates on water baptisms, harming our Christian unity in denominations, in churches,
around the world. We believe in one God and also believe in oneness in his trinity. Why can’t we accept oneness in the rituals of
Water Baptisms? God developed water baptism mysteriously and gave authority of the ritual of water baptism to human Baptizers,
John the Baptist and all disciples of Jesus were humans (John 4:2). But Baptism of Holy Spirit is given only Once. It is quite different
from the Baptism of water. It is under the total authority and full control of son of God, Jesus Christ (Matt. 3:11, Mark 1:8, Luke 3: 16).
(2) Repentance V/s Faith: No Water Baptism, without repenting for personal sins. This view is based more on John’s temporary Water
Baptism of repentance for Jews, to recognize Jesus was Messiah. But Jesus’ water baptism is based more on faith in God and God’s
trinity and was common for next generations of Jews and next generations of Gentiles, to spread baptismal ritual around the world.
(3) Child Baptism V/s Adult Baptism: On Christian parent’s faith, their child is baptized by water in the name of God in trinity is accepted
by some Christians. Others rejected it, on the base of repentance for the forgiveness of personal sins with mandatory acceptance of
Jesus by Baptisand. If these two water baptisms are paired as - (1) Child baptism, Part one and (2) Adult baptism, Part two. To save
child spirit in the Christian family (in case of death) and adult’s spirit on his/her personal declaration and faith in Jesus. So the ritual
of water baptism (Jonh 3:5) will be satisfied (Most of the churches believe in one time water baptism), after studying above table. It
will help to build up Christian unity, which is most needed in the end times, for fast approaching Rapture of Jesus’ one united church.
(4) Dedication V/s Child baptism (circumcision): As per Old Covenant, (1) Ritual of Circumcision was mandatory for Jewish boys. It was
th
mandatorily performed (at home) on 8 day after boy’s birth, to keep his name, only from names of his ancestors, tribes, households
etc. (no any name from the world) to merge him in the race of Israel (Luke 1: 59 to 65). (2) Dedication was a separate Jewish ritual
for newly born, boys and girls, It was performed in the temple with sacrifice for purification. After completion of mother’s days of
purification (40 days after the birth of boy or 80 days after the birth of girl). Parents would bring the child in the temple to dedicate.
In the New Covenant, Jew and Gentile difference is wiped out by Jesus’ water Baptism. Hence Baptism became circumcision of
the heart (Colo. 2: 11-12). so circumcision lost its importance. By birth, heart of child is pure, what harm will be there, if the child is
given water baptism without repentance, in the childhood as (1) Dedicational Water Baptism (Part one). And when the same child
becomes adult, then the adult is given (2) Water Baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of personal sins and declaring personal
faith in Jesus Christ, before taking second step of water baptism (Part two) by believing in the oneness of water Baptism. We built
two baptismal water walls those divided the church, now let us remove two old water walls to reunite baptismal waters again. For
reuniting Christians, under one church of Jesus (God did likewise with baptismal water walls in Red Sea through Moses).
(5) Immersion V/s Sprinkling or Pouring: For the ritual of water baptism - (1) Water (essential substance for life, it is freely available).
(2) Baptist (Person who is authorized to give, only water baptism) and (3) Baptisand (Person who takes water baptism) are essential.
Immersion in water is the mostly used method in the ritual, in Old and New Testament water baptisms. In some churches even
children are immersed in the water for baptizing them. But in the exceptional geographical conditions like deserts, ice cold North and
South poles (lack of liquid water) if by faith, method like sprinkling or pouring , is applied in water Baptism, will God not approve it?
(6) Pentecostal V/s Charismatic: Pentecostal churches give more importance to gifts of spirit, miracles, prophecies etc. They attached
them with ritual of baptism (John 3:5). But charismatic churches gave more importance to theological aspects. God used both type of
churches for his work. John the Baptist didn’t perform any miracle (John 10: 41) yet John is greatest person on earth (Luke 7: 28) Why?
(7) Anti Christians V/s Christians: Due to lack in Christian unity, due to uncompromising arguments within churches, theologies of
charismatic churches and miracles, prophecies etc. in Pentecostal churches and even Bible, are openly challenged, cross-questioned
and criticized by anti-Christians in the world, on large scales, in the end times. We Christians need to self-check and repent. Keep in
mind - Divided we fall, United we stand. Without our spiritual unity only in Christ, we can’t please Jesus to help us in the end times.
