I have chosen to focus on the above because.
Warehouse management system implementation is crucial in bringing cost reduction in
operational level, effective management in management level, as well as improvement of the
company’s competitiveness in strategic level.

No. 6.
My topic is important because it looks at organizations like mukwano that have spent a lot of
resources installing stock control systems with the aim of minimizing their total operating costs,
and enhance service delivery to customers.

However, many audits done reveal that there is an increased level of discrepancies in the manner
in which the stock control systems are harmonized. On a number of occasions, there are cases of
misstatements and inaccurate and fraudulent records detected within the system thus resulting to
losses of inventory within the warehouse.

I will review the different literatures of scorers who have researched about the same problems
and how they have worked on them and I will also get information collected from interviews,
experiments, surveys, questionnaires and so many others. Relating with the problem so as to find
a better solution.
