Copies made for any other purpose are expressly prohibited, and adherence to this requirement is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. However, the prise! does retain the right to sell or distribute oar that contain Crescent "toolbox" routines, so long as the purpose of the included routines is to augment the software being sold or distributed. Source code for Crescent products may not be distributed under any circumstances, nor may you distribute .OBJ or .LIB files that contain our routines. This license may be transferred to a third party only if all existing copies of the software and its documentation are also transferred. Windows products that use DLL libraries require special licensing from us ifyau provide your source code. This product is licensed for you by only one person at a time. Crescent Software expressly prohibits installing this product on more than one computer if there is any chance that both copies will be used simultaneously. This restriction also extends to Te On a network server, if more than one workstation will be accessing the product. APPLICATION PROGRAMS Crescent Software products that are complete applications may not be distributed. Unlike the various “toolbox* routines that are intended to be added to a customer's fograms, programs such as QuickMenu are considered to be complete applications. in these cases, a Separate copy of the product must be purchased for each computer ‘that will be running the Crescent Software application, WARRANTY INFORMATION Crescent Software warrants that this product will perform as advertised. In the event thatit does not meet the terms of this warranty, and only in that event, Crescent Software will replace the praduct or refund the amount paid (less restocking and shippint charges), if notified within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be presente along with a brief description of how the product fails to meet the advertised claims. ‘Software may not be returned if the disk envelope seal is broken.
