Cupang, Antipolo City, after having being sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state
that:

1. That I am the in-charge of the property located at Hardrock Road, Barangay Cupang, Antipolo
City.

2. That I am authorizing LEAVE MARKS TARAVEL AND TOURS, a Company duly registered to
Security and Exchange Commission with Reg. No. ASO93-006718 issued March 08, 2010, to
occupy the said property for the period of ten (10) years, from Julu 08, 2013 to July 08, 2023;

3. That for the said period I will not collect any rent for the Company, provided the company will
assume payment of Real Property Tax and other expenses charge to the said property.

4. That this authority was executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for all legal
purposes this may serve.
