 10 Fill in the blanks.
 4 Questions which carry 5 marks each.
2. Course Details or chapter numbers
 Following 5 chapters is included in midterm exam.

b) Joint Stock Company

c) Capital of a company
d) Management and Direction of company
e) Merits and demerits, Meetings and Liquidation/winding up of a joint stock company
3. Mode of submission of answer paper
 Through gmail account you can submit your answer sheet.
 Please follow this gmail address for submission.

 Paper timing and date will start from 28 Jan 2021 9:00 AM till 31 Jan 2021
11:55PM
 After deadline no answer paper will be accepted.
4. Pattern of answer paper
 No typing material of answer sheet will be accepted.
 Must be submitted handwritten pictures of answer paper.
 Must include student name and father name, Day and date of submission, Roll
Number and Section.
5. If two or more answer papers are found similar in any question’s answer then it will
results in deduction of marks and may leads towards cancellation of paper.
