WHITE BODY PROJECTS

I. PURPOSE OF RESEARCH
This research aims to get the best composition of white body with the best characteristic
and used lower cost of productions for WHITE BODY OF QUADRA PLAN.

II. RESEARCH WHITE BODY INTERNAL

First research from white body started on January 2017. We find the first result according
to white body standart on the 38th test with code SW-38 (Super White) on March 2017, then we
modificated the composition until SW-107 (SW-107 (1) – SW-107 (6)) on August 2017. The
following result are attached in tabel 1.1. The best one in test with code SW-78 and SW-80, so
we test on production scale for SW-78 and SW-80.
From the result test, SW-78 showing good W.A and Shrinkage but the whiteness is low
than SW-80. Then we trial with mixing the two composition, and change the code as TPS
White-01 on 17th August 2017 and we compared with powder from Torrexcid with code TX-01.
The following result are attached in tabel 1.2. TPS WHITE-02 is modification from TPS
WHITE-01 to increase whiteness and plasticity, adding to more clay AGM and reduced feldspar
KFC-5P.

But for the base composition of white body we focus on composition of SW-78 and SW-
80. To make increase the whiteness and shrinkage we mix and modification with white powder
from Torrexcid with code ENA19048 or WB-04. Then we test this mix material with some
variation ( table 1.3).
On the composition SW-80, used WG/47 as whitener from REMIX but on 30th October 17
the stock of this material is exhausted. So we change with Zircozil and Alumin to keep
whiteness of the body, and the code change as SW-80T

III. RESEARCH WHITE BODY EXTERNAL

From the mixing composition of SW-78 & SW-80 with WB-04 (Torrexcid), we trial with
some comparison of variation and the result like on table 1.3
