Representing the Parahyangan MUN 2021 Secretariat | would like to offer our warmest welcome to alll of you and our deepest gratitude for joining us. It is my honor to serve as the secretary general of Parahyangan MUN 2021, which for the first time ever will be held online. Despite the current conditions that compels us to continue this chapter online, | believe we could provide a new yet enticing experience for all of you delegates to delve into current international issues and grow the awareness and solidarity to furthermore contribute in creating a synergic global society. This year’s grand theme, “Eradicating Barriers to Conform Global Peace” urges delegates to come together in the spirit of international cooperation with the goal to eliminate issues that have been undermining international peace. We believe that delegates could advance their diplomacy skills with their critical minds to pursue cooperation, and thus resolve these issues through participating in one of our curated councils and topics. We hope that through Parahyangan MUN, delegates can be made aware of and proactively contribute to these international issues including but not limited to economic development, security, and many more. It is our sincerest desire that delegates will have a fruitful learning experience at Parahyangan MUN, with space to grow and become the best version of themselves and of the countries they represent. Put your best foot forward, delegates, and good luck!
