The Management

Vivascent Essentials Ltd. Is owned and substantiate by Mr. Mark F. Nantes, in partnership with Mohammad
Alnaif I. Kayting, Sarlene D. Entico, Marie Pauline M. De Guzman, and Rekha M. Arumpac.

Mr. Mark is exceptional in creative and marketing ideas with a professional experience in Sales Management, Digital
marketing and is one who has amassed the training to prove his craft in this field.

Ms. Pauline is an affiliate of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), will handle financial operations.

Mr. Mohammad with her technical expertise will be responsible for processing, administration, and customer support.

Ms. Sarlene will handle sales and marketing planning in coordination with Ms. Rekha in networking with

Stakeholders and Industrial Promotion.

All the proprietor and partners of Vivascent Essentials are lawful undergraduate students at the Polytechnic
University of the Philippines – Manila and are anticipated to earn their bachelor’s degree in Accountancy in 2021.

Our Products

Vivascent Essentials Limited will produce high quality of organic Non-rinsing cleansing foam, Shampoo and hand
sanitizers adhering to strict high-quality norms, focusing initially on three products:

1. Hand Sanitizers - Fruity Extract from apple, oranges, and Strawberry for fragrance and aroma.

2. Non-rinse Foaming cleanser – organically grown plant base, paraben-free.

3. Shampoo – Aloe extract and Birch Bark extract, Sulfate-free

Our planned products are:

 Production and sale of Non-rinse cleansing foam

 Production and sale of Hand Sanitizers
 Production and Sale of Organic Shampoo

Our planned products in the future:

 Bath Soap
 Shower gels
Vivascent Essentials will however divert a small portion of its production to the market in Manila to maintain contact
with the Philippine market which, although not as profitable as the targeted markets, is a huge and stable market.

Product diversification will be made as and when good market opportunity arises.
