‫)‪Social Leaders Program (SLP‬‬

‫بدأت مؤسسة إنجاز أعمالها عام ‪ 1999‬كبرنامج بدعم من الوكالة المريكية للتنمية الدولية‪ ،‬ثم‬
‫انطلقت تحت رعاية جللة الملكة رانيا العبدالله المعظمة عام ‪ 2001‬لتصبح مؤسسة أردنية‬
‫مستقلة غير ربحية‪ .‬و تعد إنجار عضوا ً لمؤسسة ‪Junior Achievement Worldwide .‬‬

‫يأتي برنامج قادة المجتمع ايمانا ً من انجاز في قدرة الشباب على احداث التغيير‪ ،‬ويجمع هذا‬
‫البرنامج بين مجموعة من أبرز قادة العمال في الردن وعدد من الطلبة من مختلف الجامعات‬
‫والكليات في المملكة‪ .‬ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تحفيز الشباب والمساهمة في توسيع مداركهم‬
‫وبناء شخصياتهم القيادية والريادية‪ ،‬كما يمنحهم الوسائل والطرق التي تساعدهم على النجاح‬
‫والتغلب على التحديات في حياتهم العلمية والعملية‪.‬‬

‫‪The SLP program was inspired by INJAZ belief in the youth’s ability to be‬‬
‫‪drives of change. Designed in a way that exposes the Jordanian youth to‬‬
‫‪leadership readings and gives them access to mentorship by some of the‬‬
‫‪successful business and social figures in our community; the program is meant to‬‬
‫‪stimulate the youth’s intellectual and personal growth and help them embark on a‬‬
‫‪journey to become factors of change in their communities and help push‬‬
‫‪Jordanian society towards achieving great growth and overcoming its challenges.‬‬

‫‪Objective:‬‬
‫‪To engage key business and social figures and Jordanian Youth to create‬‬
‫‪social entrepreneurs able to take initiatives and mobilize their communities to‬‬
‫‪solve social challenges and contribute to the betterment of our society.‬‬

‫حتى الن تم اختيار الطلبة القادة العشرة من قَِبل إنجاز‪ ،‬و تأتي الخطوة التالية بتشكيل أفرقة‬
‫من عشرة طلب لكل قائد لكي يقوموا بتنفيذ مشاريعهم حيث أن كل مشروع سيضم‪ :‬طالب قائد‬
‫ون من ‪ 10‬طلب‪.‬‬ ‫‪ +‬قائد أعمال من القطاع العام أو الخاص)مشرف( ‪ +‬فريق داعم مك ّ‬

‫لذا لمن يرى أن لديه الحماس للعمل مع هؤلء الطلبة و الرغبة في تنمية المجتمع من خلل هذه‬
‫المشاريع الصغيرة و القدرة على اللتزام بالمدة المقررة )سنة و نصف( يرجى تعبئة الطلب‬
‫المرفق و ما ان تتم دراسته سترسل له من قبل قادة المشاريع دعوة للنضمام لفرقهم مع نبذة‬

V. Important Notes:
1. The duties of each team are to come up with an idea for the project and
implement it over the course of 18 months.

2. You have to attend all meetings and activities related to the program.
Given that they will be arranged to suit the schedules of as many
members as possible.

3. You will have a great responsibility during the program and a great
learning opportunity as well. To get the best out of it, teamwork and
fulfillment of duties assigned are crucial to continue being part of this
