Overview

Our CANNABIS PROJECT , Is a proposed Join Venture between the current owners of
the land (200 Hectares available to start ) between Cartagena and Barranquilla
Colombia (Chain Group) , Owners of the licenses and permits to produce,
commercialize and export (current active and retired Military personnel ) Owners of
the certified seed for Colombia ( Hector xxxxxxx) , Foreing Investors group ,and A&C
Consulting Groups as a Coordinator of the project .

Goals
1. Merge and Set up the partners companies into the new company to get the
necessary finance to start the project ( 20 Millions USD )

2. Start operations in 2020 , after completing all the necessary steps to have the
project moving forward.

Specifications
Our project currently has 200 hectares ready to develop the project , also all the
permits and export quotes ready and available to develop the medicinal Cannabis
project in Colombia ; we also have full support from Colombian government
represented by current military people and is in the interest of the government to
develop this type of deals to generate employment and financials resources.

Current Property has a military station ( safety is guaranteed ) in place , has water ,
and all the utilities .access roads and proximity to Cartagena port (40 miles ) or
Barranquilla’s port ( 50 miles )

Milestones

I. 30 days or before
To have all agreements signed between parties (LOI from investor group) , to
start the process to get the financing approved by investor group and/or
Financial institution.

II. 6 months (Jan 2020) ;start operations

III. 12 months , reach maximum operation capacity .
