Echolight Examination Guidance

1. Calculate patient weight & height before doing the procedure.

2. Fill in patient identity.(Menopause Age for Woman)

3. Lumbar Spine scan:

Depth BMI
90 mm : <20-25 kg/m2
120 mm : 25-30 kg/m2
150 mm : >30 kg/m2

Focus : The red horizontal line has to be on the

surface or above lumbar spine

4. Femoral Neck scan:

Depth BMI
90 mm : <20-30 kg/m2, sometimes >30 kg/m2(Most set)
120 mm : > 30 kg/m2(Rare set)

Focus : The red horizontal line has to be on the

surface or above femoral neck

5. After the procedure has been done, tap the top corner left icon
to print.
