About the Magazine:

The “FIAT JUSTITIA RUAT CAELUM” is an endeavor to encourage the students to participate in the Current Legal Developments, encourage Socio-legal
Research and develop their interest in unexplored areas of the law. This Quarterly Magazine seeks to focus on the Current Legal updates, and their analysis.

Call for Proposals:

The Magazine seeks to invite Articles, Case Notes, Legislative Comment, and Book reviews, from a wide range of Socio–legal disciplines having relevance
in Contemporary society for the Inaugural Issue. The submissions for the Magazine will be selected for publication by an Editorial Board consisting of academicians and
experts in the field of the respective areas of law.

The deadline for the submission of Manuscripts is April 25th 2012. 

Submission Guidelines

 The submissions must conform to the guidelines specified and should be sent with a declaration of originality (which can be obtained by a request via e-mail) in the
specified format before April 25th 2012. Submissions received thereafter shall be considered for publication in the next issue.

 The Submission should be accompanied with a covering letter including author’s name, email ID, and mobile number.

 Submissions must be in electronic form sent via email.

 Papers submitted must not be written by more than 2 authors.

Style Guidelines:

 The word limits for the same are as follows:

Articles: [3000-5000 words],

Case Notes: [2000-3000 words],

Legislative Comments: [1000-3000 words],

Book Reviews: [1000-3000 words].

 All submissions must be in (.doc) format. It must be word processed and compatible with Microsoft Word 2003 and 2007.

 Papers must include an abstract of 250-300 words inclusive in the word limit. 

 The text for the Main Body must be in Times New Roman, 12 points, 1.5 line spacing, justified, 1 inch margins on all sides. For the Footnotes it must be Times
New Roman, 10 points, 1 line spacing, Justified.

 Citations must conform to standards laid down in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Latest Edition).

 Submissions must use only footnotes as a form of citation. Substantive footnoting is not permissible. 

Creativity should be limited to the content, not the format.  Papers violating the format or limits will not be reviewed.  Authors will be notified of acceptance on
